The principal activities of MSAP then was to carry out the business as a Pharmacy, Hospital Suppliers and Wholesalers of various kinds of pharmaceutical products and medical devices as well as medical equipments.
MSAP is registered with Kementerian Kewangan Malaysia (MOF) and had also obtained the status of Bumiputra Company on 9 March 2000.
Within a short span of time of inception, MSAP had formed a strategic business alliance and cooperation which are strenghtening over the years with the suppliers / manufacturers from both the local companies and the multinationals companies (MNCs). Hence, MSAP had grown gradually and building-up its reputation to what it is today as a reliable distributor and supplier of high quality renowned brand of pharmaceutical products, drugs and medical devices throughout the country.
It was worth to note that MSAP was established at the time when the country was facing the worst regional economic crisis – Asian Financial Crisis that has struck the region in 1997 in which while some of the strategies employed by the government / stakeholders have been successful, some others have failed with the Malaysian economy’s GDP did not recover to 1996 levels until 2003. Among others, the massive government spending was made to rejuvenate the economy with the economic recovery which was led by strong growth in exports.
From MSAP’s part, the Company with its relentless efforts, business strategies and strong determination had managed to steer the Company in the right course against the adverse economic conditions and succeeded in chalking up a sales of more than RM350,000.00 for the first financial year ended on 31 March 2000. Thereon, MSAP has made positive progress in its trading and business operations, and the sales volume for the respective products has increased significantly.
The key success factors of MSAP stems from the competence of the staff in fulfilling their day-to-day tasks in the business operations which requires operations execution till completion / accomplishment within the set timeline in which MSAP has built over the years in terms of products and industry knowledge coupled with in-depth understanding of the customer and market environment. During the initial establishment of the Company and its development years, we were fortunate to have a team of pharmacists and staff members who stayed loyal by us. This spirit has continued over the years with the Company having more than 120 employees, including contract employees in the various departments and the Company takes great pride with our highly committed personnel who are the Company’s major asset.

Ally Pharma when interacting with any external parties. We are commited in ensuring compliance with applicable health care compliance, anti-corruption laws and regulations, the relevant industry codes and conducting our business in a manner that is consistent with our core values. To create consistent value for our customers who are mainly the public sectors and institutions together with our pharmaceutical products & medical devices supply chain partners that will maximise shareholders value by managing our business with integrity and highest ethical standards with particular emphasis on the well-being of our teammates and the community we serve.
We have acquired a pharma warehouse with a total area of 24,000 sq ft at Amari Industrial Centre, Batu Caves, Selangor (BCW) and it has a total storage capacity for close to 200 pallets in a double storey warehouse building. It started operating since 2018 and BCW is headed by a Pharmacist. The products that we handled include pharmaceutical raw materials and finished products consisting of OTCs, generics, etc.
All warehousing and logistics operations are in compliance to the standards of Good Distribution Practice (GDP) and ISO 9001:2015 (Quality Management System).
Currently, selected finished pharma products and raw materials are stored at BCW to serve the existing customers, including the government health facilities. More of such stocks will be stored at BCW to serve the increasing demand for these selected products.
